Traening er staerkt overvurderet..

I morges bestemte jeg mig for, at det var en god ide at traene og snuppe en tur paa loebebaandet. Jeg havde godt nok ikke traenet i over en maanede, men taenkte naivt at det var ‘a piece of cake’. Her efter 20 minutters kedsomhed og gispen (drama, I know.) fik jeg mig bakset af, og lovet mig selv ikke at hoppe paa loebebaandet i mindst en maanede igen. Eller? Nogle siger jo at det er godt for en. Jeg holder paa at traening er staerkt overvurderet.

Decided to begin to work out today, but damn.. what a mistake. Running is definitely overestimated!
